With the encouragement of group like the National Association of Home Builders, the Santa Fe Home Builders association, state & local governments building codes have improved, resulting in better constructed energy efficient healthier homes. Santa Fe has been at the leading edge of this movement and has put in place its own sustainable building code which mandates and even higher level of construction than is found nationally. We have been involved in selling new sustainable construction since 2002.
